 Responsible for multiple classified server projects. Daily tasks included:


application configuration, virtualization, storage configuration, backup and
recovery, and security events. Common tasks included setting up server
roles, NIC teaming, Raid configuration, Active Directory and GPO
maintenance, patching, and license management.

 Project Manager in charge of the Navy “Trident” network refresh project.


Single handedly replaced 20yr old equipment with more practical solutions.
Project included installing new CISCO switches, building and configuring new
domain controllers, File Servers, WSUS servers, and Backup Servers to
manage over 164TB of data. The forest needed to be promoted, new fiber
lines were ran, and the old hardware was decommissioned.

 Served as SharePoint liaison for the Windows Server team. Developed SCOM
Health Monitoring Dashboards used to display real time live data to
customers. Customized the departments site, created any online forms and
documents and made them available through libraries. Created multiple
workflows, customized pivot tables, while ensuring records management and
security.

20+ clients, & 2 Ground Control Stations. Physically traced, ran, and
documented all appropriate connections. Missions systems included: Falcon
View, Zeus, and Clear-Com. Received promotion to Sys Ad II.

 Installed MOSS 2013 on the Dell Server environment. Applied appropriate


Server Roles and SharePoint services. Set up SQL server to house the
SharePoint Database.

 Provided 24/7 Help Desk support ensuring GCS’s were fully operational to
support the safety of each mission. Provided hardware/software support,
created/resolved tickets, pushed video feeds, reset blades, managed AD
accounts, and monitored antivirus. Missions systems included: Falcon View,
Zeus, and Clear-Com.
