Topic: Message in a Bottle

Part A – Project - Creative writing

Every time a message in a bottle is discovered on the beach, a weird tale is told… or not! Imagine you are
shipwrecked on a remote island with no hope of being rescued.
You have only a pen, a sheet of paper and a bottle. You want to tell people what happened to you. Explain:
• who you are;
• what you like doing;
• where you left from;
• where you were going when the accident happened;
• who was (or still is…) with you, if anyone;
• how long you have been there;
• how you are feeling;
• how you spend your time;
• what you do to survive;
• Etc.

Other ideas:
The place where you are, the climate; your biggest fears; the things you miss the most…

Do not forget:
• individual task
• you have to write a full text (letter), then…;
• present your ideas in a power point presentation. Add images and the story( preferably with key words,
not the whole text). Above all… BE CREATIVE!
