Molecular and Cellular Engineering SHUATS, Prayagraj for allowing me to
complete my 3rd year of training from National Institute of Food Technology
Enterpreneurship and Management, Dr Satish Chandra Kushwaha for providing
me with an opportunity to pursue my training in his laboratory and thereby the

National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management
(NIFTEM-K)
The National Institute of Food Technology Entrepreneurship and Management
(NIFTEM-K) is a prominent institution in India dedicated to the field of food
