LOAN AGREEMENT

PARTIES
This loan agreement (“Agreement’) entered into by and between:

Ms. Juana Dela Cruz, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen and with residence and
postal address at 1234 Lansangan St. Bagumbayan, Taguig City, hereafter called the
“Borrower”,

and

Ms. Marites Santos, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen and with residence and
postal address at 4567 Dulo Tulay St. Bagumbayan, Taguig City, hereafter called the
“Lender”.

EFFECTIVITY
This agreement is effective on May 5, 2024.

PERIOD OF LOAN
This loan shall be payable for a period of 12 months, due on or before May 5, 2025.

LOAN AMOUNT
The Borrower promises to pay the Lender amounting to One Hundred Thousand Pesos
(P100,000.00).

INTEREST
The Borrower agrees to pay an interest with a fixed amount Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000.00)
the interest payment shall be payable on or before May 5, 2025 together with the principal
amount.

METHOD OF LOAN PAYMENT

The Borrower shall make all payments called for under this loan agreement by CASH
personally served to the Lender.
MODIFICATION
This agreement may be modified, superseded, or amended only upon the written and signed
agreement of both parties. Further, the physical destruction or loss of this document shall not be
construed as a modification or termination of the agreement contained herein.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have set their hands this May 6, 2024 at 18 Delos
Santos St. Sto Rosario Pateros, Pasig City.
