It includes functionality which will be scored out of 100 points. Bidders must obtain a minimum of 70 points to be considered for further evaluation (price and preference)

Mandatory Requirements. Valid and original Tax Clearance Certificate. Company registration documents with certified Identity Documents of members /Directors. Completion of the Compulsory
Enterprise Questionnaire, and SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 8 and SBD 9 which form part of the tender document,
CIDB registration with 8 GB or higher grading, Submission of an original valid Tax Clearance Certificate, all corrections must be initialled by the bidder, the use of correction fluid is strictly prohibited and
shall lead to disqualification and Audited financial statements that are not older than 18 months.

(Bidders who do not comply with the above shall be disqualified)

*Restricted companies appearing on the National Treasury database are prohibited from conducting business with public entities and will be disqualified.
