Legal and Political Tenets of Caribbean-America, with the focal point being the region of South
Florida as the community which cultivates progress in both the Caribbean basin area and the
entirety of the state of Florida as cultural lead, a Directive designed by Shawn Dexter John as a
bona fide Floridian resident (soon to be located in Coral Gables as a former Orlandoan) and as
an American citizen in perpetuum

Legal and Political Tenets are of follows:

(1) There shall be no prerogative of any country, whether the United States, any Caribbean
island-state, or any other political state, which shall denigrate or un-ethically disparage
the sovereignty or independence of the United States or any other country within the
future Union of the Americas (UA) or within the cultural region of North America toward
denoting Caribbean culture as affluential in North America,
(2) There shall be no law or policy of Government or Civil Society respectively which shall
abolish, by law or effect, the priorities of the United States Government in Americanizing
the Caribbean region beyond standard diplomacy and the appropriation of effort,
(3) The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) shall declare that it isn't a protectorate of the
United States in any manner which depreciates, disqualifies, or diminishes the
commendable independence and sovereignty of any independent and sovereign State,
(4) There shall be CARICOM protocol offices throughout the state of Florida and New York
and the Canadian province of Ontario for operative purposes which shall not defraud the
admiration of the United States and Canada held by the generality of Caribbean
immigrants and generational Americans of Caribbean lineage, that which is innately and
genuinely experienced (and assertively welcomed) on an uninterrupted basis,
(5) There ought to be no consideration held between any two (2) countries within North
America which shall favor diminishing the Associate State of the United States stature of
the Commonwealth of Dominica, a heightened condition of Americanism and
neo-federalism which cannot be devalued within or via any administration (or alteration
in protocol) if national and/or global security are treasured as intersective,
interdependent, and fundamental to our advancement,
 (6) All agreements between the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) and Venezuela
inhibiting, prohibiting, or diminishing any fundamental quality or attribute of this protocol
or the overall agreement of articulation presented earlier (toward its signing) in endowing
the CARICOM with the stature of political alliance with the United States shall be made
disqualified by official procedure not defrauding peace, stability, development,
non-destructive forces, order, and/or good governance in both the Caribbean region and
the North American mainland,
(7) The Republic of Cuba will accept the Caribbean Community’s (meaning CARICOM’s)
drafted protocol being engineered, per negotiations, on the matter, an agreement which
shall induce the procedural declaration and full implementation of popular and
representative democracy in Cuba by 2026 (or early 2027) without preceding,
concurrent, or later disqualification made conceivable,
(8) There ought to be no power of Government or Civil Society (or the general public) which
shall remove any government of constitutional order or ratification; only refinement into
perfective popular and representative democracy may be allowed by acts not
depreciative, and
(9) All operative agencies and councils (as well as like purposed concepts actualized in
material and operable form) of CARICOM designation, protection, or affiliation shall
comply with, respect, and coordinate with the American Government (and exceptionally
so) only toward ethical purposes and ends and there shall be no test administered by
CARICOM or the United States devised toward possible disqualification, depreciation, or
stagnation.
