SUBJECT: Upcoming Visit from the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Hospitals

Hello everyone:

We have an upcoming visit from the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Hospitals
(JCAHO). JCAHO will visit our facility from Monday, January 15, to Friday, January 19. All
employees have been assigned a task they should participate in during that week.

Due to the importance of this visit, we need everyone’s full participation and support to
make it a success. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in not requesting any
vacation during that week.

If you have any questions about your tasks for that week, please get in touch with your
department heads.
