Theological Seminary (KMTA 2023).

IV. Technique

It respects the difficulty level described in the title, and the increase in difficulty

is very noticeable as the book’s content progresses. From early- to late-

intermediate-level. Therefore, it includes pieces with scales, double notes, chords,

and arpeggios, among others. Encompassing different difficulty levels.

V. General Comments:

It will soon be discovered that learning a new piece of music is not so intimidating

after all. By using the correct methods and procedures, the student will find that

pieces are learned much faster than expected (Mostert, Mareli. 2021). This method, as

well as the other three volumes, are helpful to the students in their process of

understanding how different pieces from diverse periods are. In addition, methods

like this are ideal for teachers to solidify knowledge about repertoire and composers.

Oftentimes wonderful talented pianists can play high-level pieces but are not aware of

the variety of music for piano that has been written.
