I. Background
Boy Scouts of the Philippines is the largest Scout organizations in the world in terms of
membership count due to the organization’s dependence on the Department of Education. Scouting
achieves its purpose of helping young people develop physically, intellectually, socially, and
spiritually. It is all about building confidence and self-esteem, learning important life skills and
leadership skills, team building, outdoor adventure, education, and fun.
Scouts learn how to make good choices and to take responsibility for their actions so that they
are prepared for their adult life as independent persons. The biggest thrill for boys in Scouting is
camping. Scouts always look forward to the time when they can go out and live in the open. A
Camporing is a natural opportunity for scouts to learn various scouting skills which will prepare
them to become good leaders. It is in this connection why the conduct of School Camporing is being
conceived.
II. Objectives
1. Planning the activities with the school head, teachers, parents and Brgy. Officials, SPTA
officials during a meeting.
2. Meeting and planning the program of activities with the Trained Leaders.
3. Drafting the final program of activities.
4. Writing a letter of permission to conduct the Camporing to the Schools Division
Superintendent.
5. Issuing of School Memorandum on the conduct of the Camporing.
6. Meeting the Camporing Staff for their respective assignments.
7. Welcoming participants to the Camporing.
8. Following strictly the Program of Activities on the conduct of the Camporing.
9. Meeting staff for the progress of day-to-day activities.
10. Clearing House.
11. Submitting narrative report with pictorials after the conduct of School Camporing.
The School Camporing will be held on March 22, 2024(Friday) in Capalutan, Allacapan,
Cagayan.

V. Program of Activities
VI. Impact
After the School Camporee, the scouts will be able to demonstrate self-reliance and
independent living through the activities they will undertake. They will also earn their merit badges
through the advancement skills. The values learned for the duration of the School Camporee will be
internalized among them, thus making them better and responsible boys in the homes, school and in the
community as well.
VII. Result
A Narrative Report with pictures will be submitted after the conduct of the School
Camporee for documentation.
