EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 089-A

Series of 2023

“AMENDING SECTION 15 OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 089, SERIES OF 2023, ON THE

COMPOSITION OF THE MUNICIPAL PEACE AND ORDER COUNCIL”

WHEREAS, there is a need to amend the composition of the Municipal Peace and Order
Council (MPOC) of the municipality of Hinundayan, to include other members as
required under existing policies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EVELYN T. LEE, Municipal Mayor of the Municipality of Hinundayan,

by virtue of the powers vested upon me, do hereby order the amendment of Section
15 of Executive order No.089, series of 2023 on the composition of the Municipal Peace
and Order Council for the municipality of Hinundayan, Southern Leyte;

Section 15. Composition. The Municipal Peace and Order Council shall be composed
of the following;
