R. Good morning doctor, my name is Alexander.

R. I feel so much pain in my stomach.
4. Since when it’s the start?
R. Two days a go.
5. Where did the pain start?
R. Near the belly button.

R. First the fever started in the afternoon and in the evening I vomited.
7. How often do you eat out?
R. Occasionally

R. Take a paracetamol and viadil.

R. I take four pills a day.
