TITLE: TOKENS OF ACHIEVEMENTS: HONORING OUTSTANDING STUDENTS

I. Introduction
We will be conducting a project aimed to recognize and to give rewards for academic
excellence among students at Salinap National High School. This initiative involves
providing selected top performing students with essential items such as biscuits for
sustenance, a tumbler for hydration, and a certificate for acknowledgement.

This project will be spearheaded by the SSLG Officers, who are entrusted with their
responsibility of overseeing student welfare and engagement activities. Working closely
with school administrators, teachers, and volunteers, the SSLG Officers will coordinate
the selection process, procurement of rewards, and logistical arrangements for the
distribution event. This collaborative effort ensures the successful execution of the project
and maximizes its impact on the students.

II. Objectives of the Activity

The activity aims to:

 Give simple tokens for appreciation and a certificate to the chosen students of our school.
 Recognizing and rewarding academic excellence among students at Salinap National High
School.

III. Methodology of the Activity

PLANNING  Gather SSLG Officers and volunteers for a quick meeting

to discuss the project.
 Decide on suitable gift options that will be given as a
token.
PREPARATION  The preparation involves collaboration with the advisers

ACTIVITY PROPOSAL

of each grade level to identify and nominate deserving

students base on their academic achievements and
contributions to the school community.
 Procure the necessary items and organize a distribution
event to ensure each recipient receives their award.
EXECUTION  This activity will be executed on May 27, 2024
(Monday) after the Flag Ceremony.
MAINTENANCE
 This activity will be adopted by the newly elected SSLG
Officers for the next school year(s).
CELEBRATION  Giving merits to the students as a appreciation.

The allotted budget for this activity is ₱ 1,500.00

The funds for this project will be sourced from the SSLG budget.
