UNDERTAKING AND DECLARATION REGARDING LEAVING THE TERRITORY OF HONG

KONG AFTER BUILDING, ENGINEERING AND SECURITY SHOW

I, Waseem, Zafar S/O Zafar Iqbal, Passport No. CN5527262, Resident of Post office Dandpur
kharolian, Ludhar, sub- District Sambrial, District Sialkot, Punjab, Pakistan do solemnly undertake,
declare, and affirm on oath as follows

1. That, my basic purpose of my visit to Hong Kong is to participate in Building, Engineering and
Security Show whereas in remaining days I’ll visit
2. That, I’ll leave the territory of Hong Kong after attending the Building, Engineering and Security
Show for three days from 8th to 10th May 2024 at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre .
I’ll only stay for 7 days from 7th to 13th May 2024. I’ll leave the territory of Hong Kong after
attending the show. I’ll not stay there after 13th May 2024.
3. That, during my stay I’ll abide by the immigration & law of the lands of Hong Kong. I’ll not do
anything which is against the laws of Hong Kong.

Verified on oath at the place of Sargodha on the day of 16th day of March Year 2024 that the
contents from 1 to 3 of affidavit are true to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing is concealed
from the Immigration Department/Consular Section/Embassy of Hong Kong.
