General T&C

1. Maximum measurements for main display structures/ panels/ backdrop maximum 9ft (H) x 5ft (W). For
structure that is bigger than the specified measurement, it shall be in translucent material.
2. Promotions, exhibitions or events must not block the immediate surroundings of the tenants’ shop front. Main
display structures/ panels must be of translucent materials in order to provide sufficient visibility and
accessibility of the surrounding tenants’ shop front. If in the opinion of the Licensor any such inhibition,
restriction or obstruction is created by the Licensee, the Licensee will need to immediately remove or adjust
the fittings and equipment.
3. Furniture/ fittings used are subject to the Licensor’s approval. Plastic stools/ chairs/ banquet tables (without
skirtings) are not allowed.
4. All signages must be professionally printed. No hand-written signs are allowed.
5. Buntings are not permitted for all promotion areas. Properly built panel board or standee of not more than
6’ (H) X 3’ (W) is recommended.
6. The entire promotion/ exhibition area must be fully carpeted. New carpet with similar or higher quality than
‘Doga’ is required. Carpet must always be in clean and good condition throughout the promotion duration.

7. Taping of the carpet is required. Only carpet binding and/or double- sided tape are recommended.
8. Licensee is responsible to remove the tape mark on the floor after the end of the promotion.
9. Sufficient lightings are recommended for all display structures and showcases.
10. DJ console (not applicable to small promotion) must be properly constructed and fully covered with
wooden panel structure.
11. All cabling must be concealed underneath the carpet. DB box and plupoints shall be covered properly
inside cabinet or junction box. (you may seek advise from your contractor on this)
12. All concept / design layout submitted must be in 3D drawing/ perspective view with detailed measurement
and at scale i.e. width, length and height (in feet) and shall carry perspective of top, side (left & right) as
well as back view. Failure to conform to this guideline will result in disapproval / rejection of the plans.
13. Our confirmation of the event is also subject to our top management approval against the 3D drawing.
14. The Licensor reserves the right to vary, cancel or defer the Event date/ days/ size or to relocate the
promotion to other licensed area within the Centre by giving 7 days prior written notice.
Platform 4
For setup that consists of platform, multiple ‘mind your step’ signs should be placed to
avoid accidents. Kindly refer to the design and refrain from using caution tape.

the setup will not look dull.
