OBJECTIVES: To understand the process of inheritances.

PURPOSE: Understanding heredity and how characteristics are passed one generation
to the next.

NB: Educators should prepare the following materials before conducting the
hands-on practical

Material (What you need):

• Pencils
• 4 coins for each group (work in groups of four (4) or five (5).)
• Crayons (dark brown; light brown; grey; light blue; green and dark blue)

Task consist of TWO sections

SECTION A (20 marks) to be done as a group.

SECTION B (20 marks) to be done as an individual.
