Good day.

This is to invite you for a meeting about our annual celebration of English Reading
Month that will be happening at Pambisan National High School Convention Hall on August 30,
2027 (Saturday), 8:00 A.M.to 11 A.M.

Things to be discussed in the meeting are; the activities to be done on the event,
appointment of the staffs, formation of the committees to assist the activities and the proposed
time and date the event will be held.

Inclined with this, kindly gave me the names of the English Presidents of each
sections per year level. They would be great help in making the committee.
