Dear Sir/Madam,
LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION FOR AVAILING OF SERVICES OF ONLINE TReDS PLATFORM

In connection with e-discounting / electronic factoring of invoices / factoring units arising out of supply
of goods / services by DIYA EARTH MOVERS , a proprietary concern having its office at CHIKHLA,
VALSAD, ,VALSAD,VALSAD,GUJARAT,INDIA,396030(here in after referred to as "The concern"), to
its buyers, the concern wishes to avail services of electronic platform TReDS (TReDS) of Receivable
Exchange of India Limited (RXIL), accordingly, I confirm and advise to you that the Concern shall :

1] complete all the formalities for registration with RXIL for this purpose and also execute all
necessary requisite documents and also agree to the terms and conditions thereof and also comply
with the regulations, conditions, and stipulations laid down by RXIL from time to time for the purpose
and

2] execute necessary documents, agreement, form(s), authority letter(s) and / or any other related
documents including agreement for assignment of receivables as may be required in terms of
Provisions of the Factoring Regulation Act, 2011 and such other applicable legal provisions for the
time being in force, as may be required in connection completion of transaction on RXIL Platform from
time to time for this purpose.

All the above formalities shall be completed and documents signed and executed by the undersigned.

3] *I MR. DHARMESH RAMESHBHAI AHIR PROPRIETOR, hereby declare that I, as proprietor, will
act as "Administrator" on behalf of the concern for activation of the account of the firm on TReDS and

for operating and executing various other online activities, transactions within the purview of the
"Administrator" as per the guidelines/rules of the RXIL.I will further nominate person(s) to nominate
and create other "Users" for the concern and also define their roles for uploading invoices,
checking/accepting the instrument/invoice /factoring unit /creating instruments or factoring units/ and
acceptance of bids of the financiers and other such activities as may be required in connection with the
operations on the TReDS platform. OR

*I hereby authorize MR. DHARMESH RAMESHBHAI AHIR PROPRIETOR of the concern to act as
"Administrator" on behalf of the concern for activation of the account of the firm on TReDS and for
operating and executing various other online activities, transactions within the purview of the
"Administrator" as per the guidelines / rules of the RXIL.MR. DHARMESH RAMESHBHAI AHIR
PROPRIETOR shall have authority and is hereby also authorised to nominate and create other
"Users" for the concern and also define their roles for uploading invoices, Checking /accepting the
instrument / invoice / factoring unit / creating instruments or factoring units/ and acceptance of bids of
the financiers and other such activities as may be required in connection with the operations on the
TReDS platform.

Any change in the above mandate shall be by a fresh letter of authorization by me and by intimating
the same to RXIL.

Receivables Exchange of India Limited be and hereby authorized to act on the basis of this
representation for completion of necessary formalities for availing services on TReDS and allow on
TReDS online platform by the above authorized "Administrator" and / or "Users" in connection with
their respective roles.

It will be in order for RXIL to act on the basis of this authority till it receives any communication in
writing from me to that effect. This authority and undertaking shall be binding on me, my legal heirs,
representatives, executors and assigns.
