This is a simple stretch exercise to loosen your neck called “How to Stretch Your Neck.”

(i) Complete the instructions for the pictures below using suitable imperatives from the
following list.

(ii) Then, working in pairs, practise giving instructions to your partner to carry out this simple
stretch exercise to loosen his/her neck.

How to Stretch Your Neck
