Written reflective essay

For this assignment you should imagine that you are applying for a job related to sustainable
development. As part of the application, the company or organization you are applying to
asks for a reflective essay on the applicant's own perspective on sustainable development
related to the advertised job. Your task for this assignment is to identify a job advertisement
you like and write a reflective essay, on your perspectives on sustainable development, to
submit to the chosen company or organization.

The assignment includes the following steps:

 Chose a job advertisement that matches your personal interests in the field of
sustainable development.
 Write a reflective essay that clearly explains your perspecives on sustainable
development in relation to the chosen job advertisement. The text should be 1500-
2000 words (including reference list) and includescientific references and a
reference list. Please use APA7 reference style
 As part of the assignment, each student should also peer-review and provide
formative feedback to one peer student's reflective essay. The feedback is given to
the peer-student orally in a seminar.
