The line chart depicts the American employment patterns from 1975 and future
anticipations until 2025. Overall, while the agriculture sector decreased and is likely to
continue this trend until 2025, the services one increased and is expected to rise
continually until the end of the period, except for manufacturing.

Regarding the three categories from 1975 to 1982, the rate of agriculture started at a hefty
80% in 1975, which was nearly 8 times higher compared to 2 other industries. After
showing a plateau for 2 years, it plummeted to just over 40% in 1979 then continued to
moderately drop to exactly four in ten in the next year before plunging to 20% in 1982.
Meanwhile, both rates of manufacturing and services showed a progressive increase to
approximately 18% in 1979 before soaring to equal that of agriculture in 1980. Over the
next 2 years, while the figure for services rose sharply to 60%, that for manufacturing
declined dramatically to just below 20%.

As regards the three groups until 2025, the estimation indicates that the proportions of
workers labored in agriculture and services will observe a slight decline to approximately
10%. Meanwhile, the percentage of manufacturing workers is forecasted to rocket to a
massive 90%.
