State Bank Collect (SB Collect) Agreement Between State Bank of India and
Corporate Customer for availing State Bank Collect facility.

(herein after referred to as “Corporate Customer”) duly represented by and acting
through the Authorised Signatories ……...... ……………………………,
…….……………………….. on behalf of the merchant/corporate/institutions/trusts/govt
departments/ proprietors etc., and having its principal office at
………………………………………………… which expression shall mean and include
their successors-in-office and assignees, employees, system designers, developers,
integrators and service providers of the first Part
AND
State Bank of India, a body corporate constituted under the State Bank of' India Act,
1955, and having its Corporate Centre at State Bank Bhavan, Madame Cama Road,
Nariman Point Mumbai, 400 021 and amongst other places an office at
…………………. …………….. (hereinafter referred to as "SBI" which expression shall
unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include
its successors and permitted assigns) of the Second Part.
2) WHEREAS:
a) The Corporate Customer availing SBI’s Corporate Internet Banking (CINB)
facility with variant - Khata Plus / Vyapaar / Vistaar /Saral / Khata wishes to
offer services to its payers/ users, who require transfer of funds to the account
of the Corporate Customers through the State Bank Collect facility under
Corporate Internet Banking and the payers/users can generate online
receipt for the funds transferred. The Corporate Customer also wishes to
have details of all such transactions done by their various payers/users in the
form of consolidated MIS report.
b) SBI is in business of providing banking services to its customers including
“Corporate Internet Banking” facilities. This includes facilities such as online
fund transfer, bill payment, viewing statements etc. among others. On specific
request of corporate customers SBI also provides services for collection of
funds through its CINB portal in the form of “State Bank Collect” at stipulated
Terms and Conditions.
c) The Corporate Customer and SBI are desirous of entering into an
arrangement whereby the users visiting the Corporate Customer's allotted
State Bank Collect page, will be provided a facility to make payment /
transfer funds to the account of the Corporate Customer by using the various
modes of payment such as SBI INB, Other Banks INB, SBI Debit Cards, Other
State Bank Collect - Documents
