d) The Parties hereto have agreed that their respective rights and obligations with
regard to their business relationship between them inter se for the use of SB
Collect will be interpreted, acted upon and governed solely in accordance
with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
3. IT IS NOW AGREED by and between the parties hereto as under: -
For the purpose of this Agreement, the following words and phrases shall have the
meaning assigned to them under this Article.
a) “User” shall mean any beneficiary / payer of the Corporate Customer
making payment / transferring funds to them using the various modes of
payment to the account of Corporate Customer.
b) "State Bank Collect Page" shall mean the page hosted by SBI on its
website which is populated by the Corporate Customer as per their
requirements and made available to Users to furnish details and making
payment.
c) "CINB" shall mean the Corporate Internet Banking of the Bank provided to the
Corporate Customer.
d) "Service" shall mean services offered by the Corporate Customer to its Users.
e) “Corporate ID / Saral ID” shall mean a unique identification number allotted
by SBI to its Corporate Customers using CINB facility with Khata Plus / Vyapaar
/ Vistaar /Saral / Khata variants.
f) “Collection Account / Settlement Account” shall mean account (s) available
in CINB and selected by corporate customer for accepting payments while
configuring payment account details in create/modify category.
g) “Chargeback” shall mean those transactions which the user disputes for not
having received the products / services as per purchase order/Terms &
Conditions from merchant.
4.The Corporate Customer has opened deposit account (s) with SBI at
