Responsibilities:
● Preparing the Functional Specification Documents for the development of the Master Data related to the
SAP CS module for creating Service Notifications, Service Order, Functional Locations, Work Centres,
Equipment List, Preventive Maintenance, Purchase Order.
● Migrating data from legacy system and validating the uploaded data.
● Creating Standalone and End to End Test Scenarios and Test Cases for the Master Data, testing and

Design and Development

● Preparing Functional Specification Documents for RICEFWs, like Site Master, Site Hierarchy, Change
Requests.
● For new requirements or change requests, worked with technical teams for estimation and drove the efforts
from Design, Build, Test to Deploy.
● Prepared documentation for mapping rules to migrate Site Master from Legacy Systems to SAP through
middleware.
● Involved in configuration changes of Site Master and its issues due to the upgrade of SAP from SAP ECC to
S/4 HANA.

Testing, Defects, OSS, Support Tickets

● Prepared test scenarios, test cases for new releases based on the requirements from Business, and get the
