This is to respectfully request your good office for a Travel Authority to Ho Chi Minh
(Saigon), Vietnam on March 29-April 1, 2024 that will only compromise 1 working day. My
purpose of this travel is to spend quality and memorable time on our 1 st Wedding Anniversary.
My spouse and I haven’t been blessed with kids yet, thus we want to treasure this time just
together.

Our implementing teacher Mr. Romeo D. Alferez will cover/substitute the duties and
responsibilities during my travel with the discretion of my School Head, Mr. Rexon A. Cortez.
