BAP: round, smooth, moist convex with a Neisseria meningitidis
defined edge; grey and unpigmented Cephalosporin
CAP: large, no color to grey, opaque Penicillin G
Ampicillin
MC: clear and colorless Chloramphenicol
TMA: large, smooth, round, convex, no color Fluoroquinolone
RESULTS:
Aztreonam
to grey, opaque
Kovac’s Oxidase: Negative Rifampin
Ceftriaxone
NB, TSN, ThB, BHI: no growth
Dnase: Negative Minocycline
Spiramycin
Superoxol: Negative

BIOCHEMICAL TESTING: Nitrate Reduction: Negative


Kovac’s Oxidase, Dnase, Superoxol, Nitrate
Reduction, Tributyrin hydrolysis, CTA sugar, Tributyrin hydrolysis: Positive
