of RATNA KHAIRANI, S.H. & PARTNERS who live on Jalan Trikora
RT. 033 RW. 005 Guntung Manggis, Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan-
Indonesia (“Advocate & Legal Consultant”).

Hereby submit an offer for Legal Services, regarding the Legal

Services we offer and the system for handling legal problems
that we offer, will be explained in detail as follows:
a. Legal Assistance Services in the stage of carrying out non-
litigation efforts (subpoena and clarification) with a
period of 2 weeks at a cost of Rp. 50,000,000,- (fifty
million rupiah).
b. Legal Assistance Services in resolving cases/problems
including handling cases at the police costs IDR.
200,000,000,- (two hundred million rupiah), costs outside
of negotiations with the police.
c. The service fees mentioned above include income tax but do
not include value added tax (VAT) of 10% (ten percent).
d. In addition to the fees above, we charge a success fee,
after reaching a final and binding decision of 10% (ten
percent) of the total money received by the client.
e. Payment of legal service fees and expenses must be made in
full within 1 (one) week after the invoice submission date.
