G3PS Registration Guide For Dummies
Start by going to the site below, and click on where you see the red circles …
You need a user name and password to log in to Covisint.
If you do not have one, you need to register one with your
system administrator.
After you select “All” in the previous slide, the screen will refresh, and you will see G3PS appear

On this screen, you should see your company’s DUNS code(s)
Some companied have more than one DUNS code. If you do, you will need to select the code which you
want to receive access to G3PS for. Do this by ticking on the correct box (shown in the next slide)
You are finished using this screen. Log out now.
Covisint will send an e-mail to the person in your company that is registered as Covisint’s Security Administrator. A
sample of this mail is shown below.
After your security Administrator receives this mail, he/she must log into Covisint. After logging in, he/she
will see a request to approve the G3PS package. Go to the next slide and see that request screen ...
After the system administrator finished approving your G3PS package, Covisint will send you a
mail saying you now have access. Sample of mail below:
Log in to Covisint again, then select GM SupplyPower
After clicking the last slide, the screen will refresh as below
If your Covisint registration failed, your next screen will look like this, and you must go to the
next slide and follow the steps
Method 1: Clean cookies from Internet Explorer
1. Click the Tools pull down menu and choose Internet Options.
2. Click the Delete Files and the Delete Cookies buttons under Temporary Internet files.
3. Click the Clear History button under History
Method 2: Change browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, IE, ect. ) and try again
Method 3: If above 2 methods fail, wait for 24 hours and try again.
(Covisint will sometimes spend 24 hours and longer, to process your access, even after your system administrator
has given you authorization. Nothing can be done about this except to wait 24 hours and try again)
