• Working as a Change Manager for GST Portal owned by Government of India,
• Responsible for IT Service Management as a Change Manager ensuring minimal outrage and on-time delivery
with 99.8 percent system up time .
• Collaborated with developers , product managers, and operation engineers to define and manage milestones for
each application as well infra release .
• Managed production code build/approval and deployment process into different environments via the use of
AWS code build and deploy alongside Azure pipelines.
• DR Anchor - Accountable for ensuring active passive DC sync up. Periodically audit the Change records to
ensure that the changes were effectively assessed , planned , approved and executed.
• Analyzed the change template to improve the workflow in the tool, increase efficiency and make the change
management process more efficient .
