Options

LONGEVITY PLUS
Whether you're looking for a
comprehensive package with no monthly
fees or a reduced monthly payment
option, we have designed our LONGEVITY
PLUS offer to accommodate a variety of
financial situations.

Pay R1 050 000 upfront and half your

monthly payments; or pay R2 400 000
upfront and pay no monthly fees.

With Longevity Plus, the upfront payment

amortises with 10% per annum. Once fully
amortised, you continue to pay the lower
amount.

MONTHLY
A fixed monthly payment based on
your needs. This option is best suited
to residents who do not wish to settle
an upfront payment.

All prices are based on a needs assessment

to determine whether the resident requires
Frail Care, Assisted Living, or Lifestyle Living.
