I have the honor to apply for an item in teaching position in your good office to practice my expertise in
the field of education if I will be given a chance to be accommodated and be included in your institution
for school year 2023-2024.

I am twenty (27) years old, single, a graduate of BACHELOR OF SECONDARY EDUCATION,

MAJOR IN BIOLOGICAL SCIENCE at Western Philippines University on April 03, 2019. I passed the
Licensure Examination for Teachers given last September 26, 2021. I was applied for a Registry Qualified
Applicant (RQA) last July 2022. I decided to apply in your school because most of my relatives are
located there. I became a substitute teacher at Bucana National High School; Elnido Palawan for almost
two months. I had been a volunteer teacher at Dumaran Mainland National High School; Itangil,
Dumaran, Palawan for four (4) months and now I am currently a substitute teacher at Capayas National
High School; Capayas, Dumaran, Palawan.

Attached herewith are my transcript of records, certificate of my teaching experience, and other
documents for your further references.
I am willing to be assigned at any year level in your school and I am ready to undergo training to further
improve my capabilities.
