JUSTIFICATION FOR ABSENCE OF SPOUSE SIGNATURE

Sir,

I am writing this letter in line with the Guidelines of the Filling-out of the Statement of Assets,
Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN), which states that the declarant and his/her spouse shall sign
in the SALN Form even though the spouse is not a public officer or employee. In case of non-
compliance with the spouse’s signature, an explanation should be attached to the SALN form.

I am unable to have spouse sign my SALN Form due to his status as an Overseas Filipino Worker
and his current work abroad.
