Subject: 3rd RENEWAL OF CONTRACT OF SUB-LEASE

Dear Ms. Gamaitan:

Reference is made to the Contract of Sub-Lease dated 16 October 2019, involving the sublease of a
specific portion of our leased premises located at Maharlika Highway, San Isidro, Brgy. Camias, San
Miguel, Bulacan for the purpose of managing and operating a carwash. Said contract was subsequently
renewed on 09 January 2021 for a period of two (2) years and has expired on 08 January 2023.

Pursuant to Paragraph 2 (Term of Sublease) and upon our mutual agreement, the Contract of Sublease
is hereby renewed or extended for a period of two (2) months, beginning on 09 January 2023 and
ending on 08 March 2023.

The basic monthly rent for the renewed period is Pesos: Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred Twenty
One and 82/100 (PhP 19,821.82) for two (2) months. For the purpose of maintaning the security
deposit, an amount of Pesos: Six Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty and 31/100 (6,880.31) for this
renewal, and shall be in favor of Seaoil.

All the other terms and conditions under the original Contract of Sub-Lease dated 16 October 2019,
including its renewal, amendment and addendum, not inconsistent with this Renewal shall remain valid
and continue to be in full force and effect.
