LAUNCHING OF PROJECT EQUIP, AMBITION DISPENSE,

MISSION ONE CHAT, AND PROJECT LARO

1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 11, s. 2021, titled “Guidelines on the Operationalization of the
Program Management Information System (PMIS)”, schools shall support effective and
efficient management plans and programs. PMIS shall be the official source of data on
programs, projects, and activities (PPAs) of DepEd from planning and implementation.

2. In line with this, the Special Needs Education (SNEd) Department is launching their grade
level projects on November 17, 2023, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at SNEd Department
Transition Room.

3. The grade level projects to be launched are the following:

3.1 Project EQUIP (Elevate Quality Individual Progress)

3.2 Project Ambition DISPENSE (Development of Instructional materials to Support the
Paramount Educational Needs in Special Education)
3.3 Project Mission One ChAT (One Child At a Time)
3.4 Project LARO (Leisure And Recreational Opportunities in SNEd Department)

4. For questions/clarifications, please coordinate with the following focal persons:

5. In support to these SNEd grade level projects, all SNEd teachers and parents are expected to
exert finest effort, utmost cooperation, and full understanding of the project.
