 Daily EFX Hair Salon Staff Checklist

 Staff must come at least 10-15 min early before 9am. Salon work start at 9am means salon open
and staff ready for customer at sharp 9am. ( no late coming excuse)
 Black professional dress only no colourful allowed for staff
 Light make up, hair style, men should be maintain moustache, beard & tidy hair cut, perfume on,
shower everyday, clean clothes

 Phone is not allowed to use in your working hours except your break time.

 One person always stay at reception to look after salon

 one haircut is free once in a month ( only after finish your work not in working hours) any other

services get it done please pay half price according to service price.

 20%discount to buy any products except packs and big bottles. On packs 10% discount.

 If you feeling Sick inform us as early as possible so we can arrange another staff in your absent.

It will not accept to tell us on same time or inform us one half an ago hour. It's salon rule to

inform us by call not message.

 Fill holiday request form at least 15 days ago if you want more than 2 days off and wait for Boss
or Manger approval before making any plan. Try to not take Saturday Sunday off one of the most
important day for salon
 Do Not misbehaviour with your colleagues and do not allow to shouting and flight with client in
front of client.
 Do not back biting in front of client to regarding your colleagues do not let down another person
personality.
 Note:-No holiday and extra day off request in November, December.

Daily EFX Hair & Beauty Salon Cleaning Checklist

 Sweep the floor after finish your client do not leave dirty hair on the floor.

 Sweep & Mope the floor end of the day If you free and another stylist busy to doing client do not

leave dirty salon for another stylist.

 Empty bins, rubbish all the cardboard, wipe it down bins lids.
  Once a week clean all products display in your free time.( please read carefully the products

name do not mix and match with another products)

 Always display products with the proper way.

1.)shampoo 2.) conditioner, 3) mask 4)cream 5) leave in spray etc.

 Get products knowledge and do haircuts practice in your free time upgrade yourself time to time

learn something new.

 Clean sinks and entire basin area end of the day ( wash and wipe it down tint brush bowls, etc.)

 End of the day Clean reception, chairs, basin chairs, hand mirror and staff room.

 Disinfect combs, tools

 Refill hand wash liquid

 End of the day Wash dirty towels, apron, and capes and dry naturally on clothe rack. (start

washing at 5pm and late night at 8pm.)

 Clean staff room all the time. Wash and dry your dishes in your break time.

 When you finishing your job salon needs to be clean and ready for next day. Do not leave
everything for the person who finishing at last. Be responsible and help your colleagues.
