SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, SYLVIA RODRIGUEZ FELIPE, of legal age, married and with address at

TAMONTAKA DATU ODIN SINSUAT MAGUINDANAO DEL NORTE,
PHILIPPINES, do hereby appoint NICANOR LAWA FELIPE, of legal age,
married and with address at TAMONTAKA DATU ODIN SINSUAT
MAGUINDANAO DEL NORTE, PHILIPPINES as my true and legal
representative to act for and in my name and stead and to perform the following
acts:

1. To represent, transact and process all documents before the MANULIFE

PHILIPPINES in connection with the insurance of the deceased NESTLE
RODRIGUEZ FELIPE wherein both the Principal and the Attorney-in-
Fact as her beneficiaries;

2. To process and perform necessary transactions before the MANULIFE

PHILIPPINES;

3. To receive the benefits named after the principal and allow the
downloading of the funds on the ATM Account of the Attorney-in-Fact
which is necessary in connect with the above-given authority; and

4. To perform other acts as may be necessary and required in the execution

and accomplishment of the powers given to him.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my Attorney-in-Fact the full power and

authority to execute and perform every act which may necessary or convenient,
in connection with any of the foregoing as fully to all intents and purposes as
though I, have so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that he may do
by virtue thereof with full right of substitution of his person until revocation of
this instrument.
