When it comes to setting workplace processes, what could be


considered reliable information relevant to a problem? This about
information sources such as latest legal information, societal
expectations, internal company culture etc. You should consider the
sources from a 'most reliable' perspective. List down an information
source, an example, and where you could obtain it from. Find at
least five examples.
E1 – Legal Information

Describe five critical thinking methods that may be used to identify


complex issues in the workplace. We are looking for ways that
assist with problem identification; for instance, what about asking
people in the workplace - what type of methods is that? Outline
these methods, describe them and provide an example for each.
Five critical thinking methods
1. Identify the problem
Consider what the issue is and break it down so it is specific as possible
