SHOW CAUSE NOTICE

Whereas, Sh. GAJENDER PRASHAD, Ph. No. 9013853414 deployed as

Reception Supervisor in PC-01 Chandni Chowk for the General Election Lok Sabha-2024.
Appointment order was also sent to his/her Department followed by SMS on his/her mobile
number vide which he/she was directed to attend the training program on 11-05-2024 at
Swami Shraddhanand College Old Campus, Alipur Village, New Delhi -110036;

Whereas, he/she failed to attend the said training without any prior intimation /
information and it has been viewed seriously by the Returning Officer of PC-01(Chandni
Chowk);

In view of above, a last opportunity is being provided to Sh. GAJENDER PRASHAD

to report for duty in the office of SDM Election (North) before 16 May 2024 upto 04:00 PM
positively, failing which the undersigned has no option but to take action under the provisions of
RP ACT, 1951 and to recommend his/her name to the concerned competent authority to initiate
disciplinary proceedings against you for the aforesaid act, as per CCS(CCA) Conduct Rules.
