SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ABELA, DIVINE MELIS, of legal age, Filipino, with business address

located at Sitio Dacutan Mambulac, Silay City, Negros Occidental, Philippines,
do hereby name, constitute and appoint, Jira Grace Pagsugiron and or Loren B.
Dumapit/Marjie Apdo resident of Bacolod City, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the
following acts, to wit:

1. To process, sign and claim transactions or applications related to DTI,

Mayors Permit, BIR, SSS, Phil health, Pag-ibig, Business Closure, Transfer
TIN, Claim TIN Card, Stamp Books, Tax Clearance and any other LGU’s needed
for my business;
2. To request for a print out or copy of open cases pertaining to my business
as arises at the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) office;
3. To process, sign and claim Authority to Print (ATP) needed for the
application and printing of Official Receipts and any other Invoices
needed for the operation of my business;
4. To perform such other acts necessary to effect the foregoing, and to make,
sign, seal, execute and deliver contracts, documents, agreements and other
writings of whatever nature or kind, with any and all third persons,
concerns, or entities upon terms and conditions acceptable to my said
attorney-in-fact.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue of these presents.
