Dear Investor

We are writing to you regarding your information relating to your investment(s) in BlackRock Luxembourg
Funds that is displayed in Transfer Agency Portal (“TAP”) administered by the Transfer Agent JP Morgan
(“JPM”) (as defined in the Fund’s prospectus).

It has come to our attention that there was an account access issue which occurred between 30 May 23 and
31 May 23. As part of this incident, the following information was read only accessible by another party:
• Business contact information
• Holdings in the Funds
• Transactions in the Funds
• Unpriced transactions prior to pricing

When the inadvertent access was discovered, immediate steps were taken by JPM to revoke access to prevent
ongoing disclosure of data.

We take incidents of this nature very seriously and have taken steps to investigate this incident with JPM. We
will also notify the financial regulator of the Fund.

We also confirm that we are not aware of any financial impact on your investment(s) or the Fund range as a
consequence of this error.

JPM and BlackRock have taken immediate steps to prevent a reoccurrence of this incident. BlackRock is
committed to partner with JPM in providing a quality service, including protecting your information, and we
want to assure you that we have enhanced our procedures to protect your confidential information.

We have requested that any party who may have accessed any information belonging to you to delete such
information and to ensure the information is not stored or utilised in any way.
