一、主体介绍/Introduction to main body

1. 地脚螺栓/Anchor bolt 7.锅体连接板/Connecting plate of pot body

2. 底座 1 部分/ Base 1 8.蒸汽管/Steam pipe

3. 下联轴器/Lower coupling 9.拔汽筒/Extraction drum

4. 3 层下锅体/3-layer lower pot 10.电机联轴器/Motor coupling

5. 上联轴器/Upper coupling 11.电机/electric machinery

6. 3 层上锅体/3-layer upper pot body

二、第一步安装底座 1 部分/Step 1 install base part 1

1. 将所有地脚螺栓安装在底座上，与地基预留孔对正整体放在地基上。

1. Install all foundation bolts on the base and align with the reserved holes on the

foundation as a whole.

2. 将底座部分调至水平状态。

2.Adjust the base part to horizontal state.

三、第二步安装下锅体/Part 2 installation of lower pot body

1.将下联轴器（3）螺栓松开，使轴孔产生间隙就可以。

1.Loosen the bolts of the lower coupling (3) to make the shaft hole have clearance.

2.将平键安装在下锅体（4）轴上。

2.Install the flat key on the lower body (4) shaft.

3.对准键槽插入联轴器 80%时，锁紧联轴器螺栓，是下锅体自由垂落与底座 1 部分

水平接触.（锅体如果不下坠可轻微松一下联轴器螺栓）

3.When the key slot is aligned to insert 80% of the coupling, lock the coupling bolt, so

that the lower pot body can drop freely and make horizontal contact with Part 1 of the

base. (if the pot body does not drop, slightly loosen the coupling bolt.)
四、第三部安装上锅体/Part 3 installation of upper pot body

1.将平键安装在上锅体主轴上。

1.Install the flat key on the main shaft of the upper pot body.

2.将上联轴器螺栓稍微松开。

2.Loosen the upper coupling bolts slightly.

3.对准键槽插入联轴器中，对准两端定位销轴，使上锅体自由落下。

3.Insert the alignment keyway into the coupling, align the positioning pin shafts at both

ends, so that the upper pot body can fall freely.

4.将锅体连接板（7）安装并锁紧。

4.Install and lock the connecting plate (7) of the pot body.
五、第四部连接管与拔汽筒/Part 4 connecting pipe and extraction drum

说明：安装前保持法兰平面平整无杂物，安装时加装密封垫。

Note: before installation, keep the flange plane flat and free of sundries, and install a

gasket.

1.根据管的口径和长度安装 4 根蒸汽管。

1.Install 4 steam pipes according to the diameter and length of the pipes.

2.按标记分别安装 2 根拔汽筒，如无标记测量管口间距也可安装。

2.Install 2 steam extraction cylinders respectively according to the marks. If there is no

mark to measure the distance between nozzles, it can also be installed.

六、第五部安装电机/Part 5 installation of motor

1. 将两半联轴器分别装在减速机和电机上。

1. Install the two coupling halves on the reducer and motor respectively.

2. 用百分表校正联轴器同心度与平面垂直度。

2. Use dial indicator to correct the concentricity and plane perpendicularity of coupling.

3.安装尼龙销柱，安装压盖，锁紧电机螺栓。

3.Install nylon pin post, install gland and lock motor bolt.

4.经所有预留地脚孔浇筑水泥。

4.Pour cement through all reserved anchor holes.

七、第六步底座与锅体固定/Step 6 fix the base and the pot

1.水泥固化后锁紧所有地脚螺栓。

1.Lock all anchor bolts after cement solidification.

2.调整主轴同心度，可旋转主轴观察主轴与轴套是否存在间隙。

2.Adjust the concentricity of the main shaft, and rotate the main shaft to observe

whether there is a gap between the main shaft and the shaft sleeve.

3.调整同心后将 4 根立柱连的接盘与锅体焊接。

3.After adjusting the concentricity, weld the connecting plate of 4 columns with the pot

body.
