1. The 5-pin soeket is uscd for the linJc-up of loadeell , whieh has treen clearly shown
in the Wph2-3.
2.The 6-pin shielded cable is used, +5 must be short connected with +E, -s must be
short connected with -E.

3. A ! Indicator must be reliably connect d to Load cell and shielded-cable of


load cell must be reliably connect ed to underground . If iadicator is
powered on, the user should not insert or withdrary the plug in order to
protect fhe indicatorasd Isadffff.

4. A ! Sensor and indicator are static sensitive devices; you must adopt auti-static
measur€s. In order to protect the operator ,irdicator, and relevant devices, you
should instflll lightning rod in the thunderstorm frenqucutly happening area

1- The pnating interface adopts the standard prallel i*terface. The 25-pin RS232 socket is
illustrated below as Graph3-l:

1. The scorebomd ir$erface adopts a iS-pin sockst (fointly used with serial
coinmunication inteiface). pins 9 and i$ ir: craph (2-5) define the learjs.
Graph (2-6), (2-7)scoreboard output sketch map.
Note: iarge display is mainly urith RS232C communication signal, so should connect
pin 7 and 8; pin 9-10's Currentloop communication signal just suit for some

With RS?32IRS422 (optional) serial communication interfaceo the vamata vJitoo,
indicator can be connected to eomputer for communication.
1. Communication port use 15 pin RS232 socket (shared with scoreboard), the leads of
which are Pins 6,7,8 (Rsz32) or pins 1,2,3,48s422) in Graph 2-5.
2. All data are ASCII code, every set of which is composed of 10 bits: the 1$ is starting
bit, the 10e is stop bit, the middle in between are g data bits.

computer. Evsry time when the connected computer delivers an instructiorq the

1 The indicator will perform '!rggggg-000000- selfchecking when turning on.
Then it will enter "WEIGH" stafus.
2 The sellchecking can be stopped by pushing any key.
3 When pou/er on, if loading weight on the scale deviates from the zero point, but
still within zero set range, the indicator will set zero. Tlreclpicea:rdsetingofthezuto

lI. Manual zet&setting:
1 The indicator will prform zer+setting by pushing lzercl key, the ..zero,,light is
on at this time.
2 If displayed value deviates from zero pqint, but still within-zero-range, pressing
lzera I key is available- otherwise, I Zero J key is invalid- (In h\is status, please
recalibrate or reset zero parameters)
3 only when stability lamp is on, you are ailowed to set zero operation.
iii. Tare furctiom
l- Normal tars :

When Indicator at weighing status, and displaying positive weight stably., press
I Tare ] key, indicator will deduct the displayed weight value as tare weight..
Then indieator displays ne;t weight as " 0 "- And Tare sign l-amp is on

When Indicator at weighing status, press I Tare Set ] key, indicator will display
