THE CHALLENGES
IN IMPLEMENTING THE REGULATION

Located at an altitude of 275 - 2250 MASL,

the people tend to have a smoking habit
due to the very cold temperature. Most of
them find it hard to leave the habit.

Known as one of the largest tobacco

producers in Indonesia, there are serious
concerns about the job losses of tobacco
farmers in Wonosobo, and also the
reduced income of cigarette traders.

of cigarette and its smoke.
