Dear RAJ RAMESH IGAVE,

We had great pleasure in meeting and getting to know you over the past few days. We are also
impressed with your background and would like to offer you the position of Site Engineer in our
company.

Position and Responsibilities: You will be joining as a Site Engineer and your primary
responsibilities will include, site visit and planning execution and daily updates of work at site
completion and pending.

You will be in Prohibition period for 6 months.

This is a full-time position that will commence from 21 st May 2024. We have attached a detailed
job description to this letter for your reference. The working hours are 9.45 AM to 8 PM.
Week off would be on every Sunday.

Your starting salary will be Rs -25000 per month.

If you agree to accept this offer of employment, you will be asked to sign a confidentiality contract
at the beginning of your employment.
