System developed by our company Computer Ease Limited (CEL) for your esteemed organization
Beacon Pharmaceuticals Limited.

1. Change management Job Definition:

i) Introducing 21 new Appraisal Letter Formats for Beacon. A new tab will be introduced
for generating the Appraisal letter under the Appraisal module.

ii) Appraisal data entry and full automation.

iii) Complete impact on employee lifecycle regarding this process.

2. The cost of Change management:

a. Man-days required for development:

We are estimating 40 man-days for completing the development of this new

requirement.

b. Cost: Tk. 240,000.00 (Taka Two hundred and forty thousand only)

c. Goodwill Discount: Tk. 20,000.00(Taka Twenty thousand only)

d. After Discount: Tk. 220,000.00(Taka Two hundred and twenty thousand only)

e. VAT (5%): Tk. 11,000.00 (Taka Eleven thousand only)

f. Total: Tk. 211,000.00 (Taka Two hundred eleven thousand only).

3. Payment Terms: Full payment on successful completion of the installation of the updated
version.

4. Installation: CEL team will supervise the UAT of the software at Beacon premises via
online support.
