EXEMPTION ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT/RESPONDENT

SATYA JIT ANAND FOR TODAY’S HEARING i.e., 12.12.2022.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH

1. That the abovementioned case is pending trial before this Hon’ble

court and is listed today for hearing i.e., 12.12.2022.

2. That the applicant is a law-abiding citizen of this country and is

the accused persons in the present complaint case.

3. That the above-mentioned applicants, Satya Jit Anand, were

unable to appear before this Hon'ble Court today since the
applicant is out of town, i.e., in Bangalore for job purposes and
hence unable to come.

4. The applicant’s counsel submits that non-appearance of

applicants on today i.e., 12.12.2022 are not intentional or
deliberate but on account of hereinabove reasons.

5. That the applicant is willing and undertake that the applicant will
appear before the Hon’ble Court as and when directed by this
Hon’ble Court.
6. That it would be in the interest of justice that the applicant in the
present matter be exempted from their personal appearance.

PRAYER:-
It is therefore, most respectfully prayed before this Hon’ble court
that in the view of the abovementioned facts and circumstances
of the present application/matter, this Hon’ble Court may be
pleased to:
a. Allow the exemption from the personal appearance of
applicant Satya Jit Anand in today’s hearing

b. Pass any other appropriate further order which this Hon’ble

Court may deem fit and proper in view of abovementioned
facts and circumstances of the present application/matter,
so as to be in the interest of Justice as well as in the interest
of the applicant.
