Work Plan/Target: Complete our needed size of respondent for our pilot testing and final survey

Accomplishments: Completed our needed size of respondent.

Problem Met: The 4th years are currently on their on-the-job training outside campus to different sites.

Solutions Taken: We personally go to their respected sites and ask them to participate on our survey.

Work Plan/Target: To seek permission from Sir Harison B. Crodua, the Dean of College of Criminal
Justice to conduct a survey in his college.

Accomplishments: Sir Harison B. Crodua approved and signed our letter.

Problem Met: Two of our members are absent and couldn’t sign the letter that are to be sent to Sir
Harison B. Crodua.

Solutions Taken: We created a more detailed sub questions.
