PLANNING

In every activity, planning is an important ingredient for success. Planning will

allow you to set things in order and prepare time, materials, and resources.

Planning also include talking to people who have experienced a similar

understanding as well as reading references and other credible resources to get you
better prepared for your tasks.

PROGRAM

Create a program for your task by arranging the follow of activities during the
exhibit and performance. Look at the following sample. You may adapt or make
changes in the items written in the samples.

IDEA- just like writing essays where you create an outline first, you also
need to come up with the program that will create the structure. When
there is structure being followed, things flow in the correct order or
proceed as planned.

PROMOTION
It is also important to have something planned in terms of promoting the event
and getting word out that your exhibit or performance is taking place. That way,
you collect audience members. This means that you get to have a monetary returns
that will compensate for what you have spent in preparing the event, you also may
earn a profit, depending on the purpose of the event.

In promoting art events, you send personal invitations to specific people whom
you want to be present. These persons include sponsors, prominent people in the
field, officials and other distinguished guest. Meanwhile, inviting the general public
means creating social media reminders, posters, video production, and other
promotional materials and campaigns. These announce the event and its pertinent
details, such as date and time, venue, and what to expect in the event.

EVALUATION

At the end of the activity, the evaluation or feedback from your peers and
audience would help you assess the success of your work. After your exhibit and
performances, distributes evaluation forms to the spectators. Take a look at the
following simple evaluation.

ART LEARNING:

Art is meant to be shared with the world. Artists exhibit and perform their works
for people to experience and react to. Planning is an important part in preparing for

successfully carry out the plan. Art exhibits and performances are great ways to
show your talent.
