Budget Breakdown Recommended Budget
Pula (Incl. VAT) My recommended budget is 7% of the property’s current value (1.3M)
as the property is located in prime location and the agent mentioned
that the seller wants to sell it off as soon as possible due to his
personal needs. The property is in a good condition except for few
changes that needs to be done like the bathroom, some broken kitchen
cabinets which was one of the reasons for not getting sold as
mentioned by the agent.
