Problem Description/Diagnosis
Issue:
Customer reported that device will not power on suddenly.
Steps to Reproduce:
Attempted to charge with known good charger, no response.
Proposed Resolution:
Send to depot for a repair or replacement at the discretion of depot team. This process will take approximately
7 to 14 days.
Repair Estimate
The Repair Terms and Conditions referenced below will apply to the service of the product identified
above;
As unintentional loss of data may occur as a result of the service, it is my responsibility to make a
backup copy of my data before bringing my product to Apple for service;
Apple is not responsible for any loss or corruption of the data on my product during service;
Apple may use parts or products that are new or previously used Apple genuine parts that have been
tested and passed Apple functional requirements ;and
I may be charged a Diagnostic Fee and that by failing to render payment in full of such Diagnostic Fee
and/or collecting my product within the prescribed timeframe, my product may be deemed abandoned
and accordingly dealt with in the manner Apple deems fit.
