I would like to share with you something that I am fond of doing in my leisure time
to keep myself healthy which is playing football

I took up this habit four years ago. At that time, I was up to ears with study to
prepare for my passing examination, so I felt a little down. Therefore, I thought
that I had to do something energetic to release some stress, so I had a crack at
playing football. Untill now, I still spend about one hour playing football everyday.

The place which we choose to play is football pitch. The football field here is not
large but it is very clean. I feel comfortable when playing football here. I together
with my friends play football. Maybe it’s because I get along with my friends, so it
is happy and funny.

Well, I have to say that this sport has helped me a lot in strengthening both my
physical health and my mental health. Thanks to playing football, I was able to
lose my fat belly ,It also allows me to relax and enjoy fresh air, and whenever I
play football I feel like my mind is being refreshed.

In the future, I am going to keep doing this to stay healthy and maybe I will try
some other sports too.

Describe a city, town or village you know well or you have visited
You should say:

·Where it is & How the weather is there

·What kind of people live there.

·What visitors can see and do there

And say if you think it is a good place to live or not, and why.

Today i’m going to tell about Nha Trang i visited two years ago. The weather in
NT is quite warm and comfortable. Besides, I have many opportunities to see lots
of beautiful beaches, scenery and immerse myself in the beauty of the coastal city.

People in here are not only friendly but also hospitable. When you come here, you
will receive a warm welcome from the people here with a warm smile.

has many things to see and do for visitors. You can relax on the beaches, try the
seafood and you also go to island.

Because of the beauty of NT and the friendliness of people, i think NT is one of the
most suitable to live.

Describe a memorable holiday you have had.

You should say:

and why you remember this holiday well.

Today, I’m going to tell about a memorable in my life, my trip to NT, one of the
most wonderful and beautiful destinations in Vietnam. It is a seven-day trip with
lots of happiness.

We go to tourist destinations by plane. I went together with my family in 2022

only when the covid-19 pandemic was primarily controlled. Upon arrival at the
airport,we visted some priovice around hcm city and then we go to Nha Trang by
coach.

In here I had went to vinpeal land and that is the first time i ride a roller coaster.
Riding a roller coaster for the first time was an amazing experience. I enjoyed the
thrill of going up and down, twisting and turning, and speeding through the air. I
screamed and laughed with joy as I felt the wind in my hair and the adrenaline in
my veins.And now, still feel it very fantastic.

Talk about some envionmental issues in the place where you live.

You should say:

·What kinds of pollution are in your city

·What other serious environmental problem are in your city

·What causes these problems

And say what you can do to solves these problems

 I can mention some kinds of pollution in my city, they are air pollution,
land pollution and water pollution. They seriously destroy our life. That’s
why We must protect the environment together.
 Moreover, another serious environmental problem in my city is abusement
of pesticides and fertilize which is harmful. It has a bad effect on our
health.
 There are many causes of these problems. Firstly, vehicle exhaustion is one
of the most important causes. Secondly, the growth of infrastructure affects
our environment. Lastly, using of chemical products is considered as a main
causes because it affects not only land but also the water resources.
 Next, I want to give some solutions. We should reduce the number of
vehicles on the roads and use public vihicles. Besides, we must plant more
trees and make space fore nature locations. It is essential that we recycle. We
can use reuseable bag, turn off the engine when we don’t need . and
gradually giving up use fossil fuel.
